Standard Bookings: Reservations are fully refundable if cancelled at least 15 days in advance. Cancellations made thereafter will result in a total loss of the booking amount.

Holiday Season: For holiday dates, a one-month notice (30 days) is required for a full refund. Cancellations made less than a month before the arrival date are non-refundable
